CityVoice - S04E06: How three cities plan to invest ARPA funds into their communities

Starting in 2021, cities began receiving direct federal funds under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Many cities quickly set to work determining how funds should be used in their communities. During this episode of CityVoice, we hear from three cities – Lakewood, Walla Walla, and Lake Stevens – as they share where they are at in their planning process as well as some ideas of how they are using ARPA funds.
